  • Hi, I have been trying to get ahold of someone about my debit card being used for a 147 $ purchase for gems that I didn't authorize or know about. and have had no luck. I looked in my account this morning and it was negative 147 I am very upset and idk how this happen. If u could please get back to me asap so I can get a refund I would really appreciate it thank you.. the only way I can think of that someone would get my info is from a phone I had that got stolen awhile back.. help help help!!

    • Sorry, but no one on this Wiki works for Deca/Gree (it's all player/user maintained). You will have to contact support for assistance, either in-game (through the main menu by creating a support ticket) or via Email:

      They usually ask that you submit the request in-game in the first place anyway, so probably better to go that route.

    • I don't work for Deca (formerly Gree), so if you can't retrieve your account using the Email that is bound to the account (through the main menu in the game under "Options" and "FAQ"), and you can't retrieve it through your Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), then you will have to contact Support for further assistance:

      You will need (at least) your Friend Code, the level of your account and the armor your main knight is currently wearing. Unfortunately not much else I can do for you otherwise.

    • Sorry, but there isn't anything I can do.  My only recommendation would to remove and reinstall the game.  If that doesn't work, contact Gree/Deca for assistance:

    • Sorry, but I can't help you with that; you would have to contact Gree. I would recommend sending them screenshots of the 4 armors you needed to have and the above Set Bonus screen so that they will issue you the Lich Soulharvester. Additionally, Gree doesn't read this Wiki either, so you have to contact them via Email:

  • Hi, I'm trying to update the pets page, trying to reverse engeneer the history for my own pets, facebook/reddit images, "logic" etc, but I kind of seem to be missing a fire pet line... For fire there's the Ignydra (dragon) etc. which I expect to have been season 2 and Heph (bull) etc. which I expect to have been season 12, but I expect there was a season 7 one that somehow I didn't get on either of my accounts. At Pets#Fire_pets_Abilities_and_Stats it does list a chain with name-questionmarks at tiers I, II and IV and III: Solon and IV: Ladon... Would you know the missing tiers' names and if it is as I suspect a tier 1 with 1209/301/301 base stats? (for pet atk stats I'm grouping them in tables with the same stats)

    • Talking about pets, just want to confirm you also have the following bug on Android Global before I report it: at the hunting grounds, unlike the other 4 elements, water baits can't be bought and any water baits gotten from milestone/chests/etc. are mislabeled with the non-element rarity (and therefor can only hunt weaker pets).

    • I just verified it's the same on both Android Global and Android EU. You can use them if you already have them, but you cannot purchase any.

  • the compensation reward for the players who did not abuse the treasure hunt chest is very bad people who abused the chest got thousands of gale vials and we only get 2 season 16 shards,3 silver coins,and 10 shade essences im starting to regret that i didnt abuse the chest. Gree should give us better rewards. for example,1 season 16 plus armor or maybe 10 season 16 shards or even better because we did not abuse the chest or even use it.

    • I don't know why you're telling me this - even if I agreed (which I basically do), I can't do anything about it one way or the other.  Gree doesn't look at this site or read any of the content here. If you want to complain, complain directly to Gree:

  • You seem to be the only person that seems to actually reply to people, so I'm hoping you know something. I've just got the game again and everything is completely fine except the arena, it pops up and says no connection then traps you in a spool of going back and fourth between that and another message. Do you know how I could fix this?

      Sorry, no, I have no idea how to fix that. My first recommendation when people are having issues in-game is to force close the application, clear your cache and try again. If that doesn't work, make sure your KnD account is linked to an Email (and/or through Google Play/Apple) and remove the app entirely from your device. Then reinstall, recover your game and try again.

  • When I was adding categories for pages that have no categories I noticed 3 pages that doesn't have any text and 2 only have 1 sentence.

    I hope I didn't do anything wrong, if I did something wrong, sorry for the trouble then.

    • I've done my best to try to fill in as much as I can, but there are some stats that are missing on some of the earlier Shadowforged armors (the "pre-seasonal" ones that require 12 pieces), like the base stats, per level increases, etc. I can't think of anything else off-hand other than maybe information on Epic Bosses and their associated Nemesis armors, but I've been also filling those in recently too.
