Pestilence is a Air/Fire Element Epic Boss that runs from April 22nd to April 29th 2014. It is the first of the four Horsemen. Pestilence drops Plague Rat when defeated which are used to craft Pestilence Mantle when you collect 50 pieces.
Pestilence's Nemesis, the Nemesis armor of this boss, will be available in the Dark Prince's Chest for the duration of this Epic Boss.
