The Mighty Mammoth Rider is the fifth boss you will face and its element is Air so it is weak against Earth. You can face it in the Cold Rock Crags or at the Summoning Stone after beating it on the Epic stage. If you beat it 10 times, you will get the achievement Banned From Zoos.
