The Earthquake Serpent is the first boss you will face. Its element is Earth so it is weak against Spirit, but strong against Air. You can face it in the Relic Ruins, you can also face it by summoning it at the Summoning Stone. If you beat the Earthquake Serpent 10 times, you will get the achievement Serpent Slayer. Its Stone Slabs can be used to craft Stonescale Platemail .
