The Citadel Aegis is a dual Water Shadowforged Armor. This armor was introduced on June 13th, 2016 along with three other new Shadowforged armors, the Tectonic Wyverngarb (dual Earth), Igneous Blazemail (dual Fire), and Sinister Platemail (Water/Fire). It is craftable by collecting 12 Aegis Plates.
Upgrading the Regular version of this armor to level 99 achieves stats of 3232/3081, and it is 46/44 additional stat points for each Ascension level thereafter (so 5 Ascension levels would result in 3462/3301 and 10 would reach the maximum of 3692/3521). The Special Ability chance is also increased as well, from 8% at the base (level 99) up to 15% at Ascension level 10.
Upgrading the Regular version of this armor to level 99 achieves stats of 3644/3488, and it is 53/50 additional stat points for each Ascension level thereafter (so 5 Ascension levels would result in 3909/3738 and 10 would reach the maximum of 4174/3988). The Special Ability chance is also increased as outlined above.
The Set Bonus for this armor is 347/100 for the Regular Version and 576/166 (Def/HP) for the Plus version. The Set (Citadel Shade) is the Topaz Glider (Ring - Water) and the Flood Hanger (Amulet - Water).
