Bone Dragon is an Air/Spirit Epic Boss that ran from from January 9th, 2013 to January 15th, 2013. When defeated, it dropped Bound Spirits, which are used to craft Exorcist's Vestments. This Epic Boss returned in Heroic Mode and drops 5 Bound Spirits after being defeated.
Its Nemesis Armor is the Bone Dragon's Nemesis Garb. The Nemesis armor is available in the Dark Prince's Chest for the duration of this Epic Boss.
