Binding and retrieving your account
Knights and Dragons gives you the option to bind your account to a certain email address. This gives you the option to transfer your account from a device to another device. Keep in mind that this only is possible on similar OS systems, i.e. from Android to Android.
Your account will be saved on the servers of GREE. So if you ever lose your account due to a crash of your device, you'll always be able to recover your account.
How to bind your account
Binding your account takes only 5 minutes and is an easy thing to do. Follow these steps to successfully bind your account.
- 1. Start Knights and Dragons;
- 2. Go to menu;
- 3. Go to options;
- 4. Go to FAQ;
- 5. An option called "Bind your account" will now load;
- 6. Enter a valid email address to bind your account to;
- 7. There will be a pop-up screen which says there has been a code sent to your email address;
- 8. Go to your email and search for the code sent by "do-not-reply@iugome.com";
- 9. In Knights and Dragons, go back to the FAQ screen and click the "Bind your account" option again;
- 10. Enter your code*;
- 11. Your account is now successfully bound.
[*]The code is only valid for 3 hours.
Retrieve your account
Retrieving your account takes only 5 minutes and is an easy thing to do. Follow these steps to successfully retrieve your account.
- 1. Start Knights and Dragons;
- 2. Go to menu;
- 3. Go to options;
- 4. Go to FAQ;
- 5. An option called "Retrieve your account" will now load;
- 6. Enter the email address which you used to bind your account;
- 7. There will be a pop-up screen which says there has been a code sent to your email address;
- 8. Go to your email and search for the code sent by "do-not-reply@iugome.com";
- 9. In Knights and Dragons, go back to the FAQ screen and click the "Retrieve your account" option again;
- 10. Enter your code*;
- 11. The game will reboot and asks you to reload again;
- 12. Your account is now successfully retrieved.**

[**]You may only retrieve your account twice a day (24 since last retrieve).
